With a display of homegrown innovation and manufacture, Intel India and the IT hardware ecosystem advance the "Made in India" campaign

At the company's India Tech Ecosystem Summit, which took place in New Delhi recently, Intel India presented a wide range of laptops and IT goods that are made in India. In line with the government of India's Make in India policy, the event brought together a large number of local manufacturers under one roof to demonstrate a comprehensive range of gadgets being created and built locally, highlighting the company's focus to boosting technology-led growth. 

Two of the event's main highlights were the introduction of C-DAC's High Performance Compute server Rudra and the locally built server powered by Mega Networks' 4th generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors. More than twenty-five cutting-edge devices, including as banking on wheels, thin clients, all-in-one clients, multi-function kiosks, and more, were on show to showcase the wide spectrum of Made in India solutions created by more than ten OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem participants.

In addition, the event served as a venue for commercial possibilities, knowledge exchange, and collaboration amongst local ecosystem members, government agencies, corporations, OEMs, and several Taiwanese original design manufacturers. In addition, keynote addresses from eminent government officials and major participants in the ecosystem, like Microsoft and Google, offered thoughts and perspectives on the direction of technology in India.

Engineering leadership, ecosystem collaboration, and large-scale production across a range of segments are necessary for the nation to develop its electronics manufacturing capabilities. Intel is dedicated to integrating these elements. The result of that dedication is today's display, which highlights customer products and the potential of the local ecosystem. The "Made in India" project aims to elevate several technical fields and combine innovation and manufacturing leadership to cater to the domestic and international markets. Intel has collaborated with the regional ecosystem in the areas of cloud/data center, network, PC, and edge to comprehend, acquire, and enable the essential skills required for the production of high-volume electronics products in India.
