The Greatest Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Add-ons

No doubt, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's return to the round-based structure will be greatly appreciated by long-time fans of the Zombies mode in previous Call of Duty games. The first two areas already have a tonne of content to discover, including Easter eggs, Pack-A-Punch machines, and Perks.

There is one feature that most players find confusing, regardless of whether they are familiar with the mode or have learnt all the tricks from previous games. Because they are rarely explained in Black Ops 6, augmentations are mainly disregarded. Ignoring this mechanic, however, will only make things more difficult for you and your group.

How Black Ops 6 Augments Operate

To put it briefly, augments are equippable passive perks that give a perk, field upgrade, or ammunition mod an extra little or significant impact. Three minor and three major augments are available for each of these, and each one bestows a unique buff. However, before you can even start experimenting with these Augments, you must perform two things.

First off, you have to reach level 11 before you can even unlock the Augment system. That shouldn't take long, but you must be aware of when it unlocks and begin using it as soon as possible.

You can choose an available Augment for a Perk, ammunition mod, or field upgrade to start researching once the Augment part of the Zombies menu appears. You will follow the described path to unlock minor and major Augments in the sequence indicated because research is done in a linear method.

Research is linked to the experience points you gain by playing Zombies, although it is not time-based. Any experience points you accrue while playing will go towards filling out your Augment as long as you have chosen to research it.
